恶性纤维组织细胞瘤是成人最常见的软组织肉瘤，但作为原发性皮肤肿瘤是罕见的。男性易患此病，发病率在50岁至60岁之间达到高峰。恶性纤维组织细胞瘤主要发生在四肢。我们报告一例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤呈现在右脚拇趾。
