In this paper, the influence of slit incline angle, width and machining accuracy on MTF measurement are analyzed. Controlling the inclination angle of the slit can accurately measure the imaging quality of VR/AR products and ensure the qualification rate of products. According to the characteristics of human eyes, the appropriate slit width will ensure that the cut-off frequency of human eyes is within the measured effective frequency.
