Then, a user-side energy storage investment evaluation decision-making method is proposed, which takes into account the net income of the investment period, the return on investment and the amount of capital, and the number of cycles of the energy storage. 摘要

用户侧储能可以有效降低用户用电成本,提高用户用电可靠性。然而,现有的用户侧储能规划方法没有考虑基本电价计费方式的选择性,储能规划方案的评价和决策因素有待改进。对此,本文提出了一种考虑不同计费方式基本电价的用户侧储能规划方法。首先,以电力成本最小为目标函数,考虑不同计费方式的基本电价和最大投资资金,构建用户侧储能规划模型;在此基础上,提出了一种考虑投资期净收益、投资回报率和资金额、储能周期数等因素的用户侧储能投资评价决策方法。最后,对不同类型的工业用户负荷数据进行了仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性。
