摘要

根据越南妇女学院于2021年进行的关于“科学技术领域对妇女的性别偏见”主题的定量调查结果,本文分析了关于女科学家在家庭和工作场所地位的性别刻板印象。研究结果表明,在家庭和工作场所中,对女科学家职位的偏见程度处于平均水平。然而,一部分受访者仍然对女科学家在家庭中的地位存在偏见,认为她们是“火的守护者”,让家庭幸福;将家庭置于事业之上,能够支持丈夫的成功,而不是重视自己的事业。此外,研究小组还发现了职场中对女科学家职位的一些刻板印象,如女性适合专业职位,男性适合专业领导职位;女性更适合从事专业工作,而不是管理职位;女性更适合担任副主任而不是主任,特别是在自然科学、工程和技术领域。
