The data obtained from this study was distributing questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. Data processing is carried out with the SEM-PLS technique and using the help of the SMART-PLS 4 system. 摘要-北干巴鲁航大图书馆的SLIM自2014年建成,自2018年开始在图书馆实施,已经运行了5年,在其应用过程中,有几本藏书仍然不完整,这导致学生更喜欢手工书籍。此外,还有很多用户并不完全理解用户使用SLIMS。本研究旨在衡量SLIMS用户的满意度水平,并为系统改进提供建议,本研究使用的方法是终端用户计算满意度(End User Computing satisfaction, EUCS),该方法有5个变量。从这项研究中获得的数据是分发问卷,其中有100名受访者。数据处理采用SEM-PLS技术,并借助于SMART-PLS 4系统。分析结果显示,用户满意度水平为53.8%,这表明用户对SLMS的有用性感到满意,并提出了4条建议,以改进SLMS,使其更有效地发挥作用。
