摘要

本文提出了一种改进的w波段四路功率分配器/合成器。该分频/合成器具有损耗低、容量大、结构紧凑、回波损耗好、散热性好等特点。三维电磁仿真结果表明,在85GHz ~ 100GHz范围内,回波损耗优于22dB,传输系数约为-6dB,而在88 ~ 100GHz范围内,输出回波损耗大于15dB。该功率分合器与MMIC功率放大器配合使用,可用于固态功率分合放大模块和w波段大功率雷达系统。
