摘要

采用单开关和谐振组的谐振变换器是产生高频交变高压的最简单的变换器。这种拓扑结构适用于将相当低的电压(如电池或光伏)转换为千伏特量级的较高电压,因此对谐振变换器内部功耗的估计至关重要。以往的记录大多只揭示了谐振变换器的工作机理,而明确地记录了其功耗。本文介绍了单开关谐振变换器作为直流到交流变换器的功耗。该变换器由并联变换器、压电变压器和铁氧体变压器组成。通过对三种电压组变化时谐振变换器功耗的计算,得到了三种变换器的效率。
