摘要

本文基于中国提出的碳峰值和碳中和目标,对国土空间规划领域的相关文献进行了回顾和总结。首先,本文回顾了中国碳减排规划的历史发展,得出“双碳”目标是中国在新形势下对低碳规划提出的新要求和新目标。其次,总结了不同尺度和系统的国土空间规划策略和路径,总结了学者对碳减排的看法。并对当前的研究进展进行了反思,提出了相应的研究方向。
