In order to switch the polarization axis, four switching diodes are loaded on the upper plane of the antenna. The boundary condition of the planar antenna is controlled by the ON/OFF condition of the diodes. The antenna can switch the polarization at ±45 deg. □ and 0 & 90 deg., depending on the polarity of the bias voltage and the position of the diodes.
