A simulation model of single solar cell is established in MATLAB/simulink according to the optimization of its precise physical characteristics.Considering that photovoltaic arrays are prone to partial shading,a set of 1200W photovoltaic array simulation model is designed according to partial multi-shading formation conditions. After modeling simulation and experiment verification, the experiment test results and modeling simulation results have same operating characteristics, which proves the validity of the model. This model can be used to simulate photovoltaic arrays of various scales under various partial multi-shading conditions.
