This research focuses on the issue of the emergence of a movement that was built for the struggle for DPR RI seats in the 2019 legislative elections by candidate from women with disabilities. She does not only carry out womens struggles in carrying out his rights as citizens, furthermore his movement tries to bring the issue of women disabilities to gain seats in parliament. The movement that is trying to be constructed is an issue of fulfilling the right to the person with disability through legislating in parliament. This research uses qualitative methods and phenomenology approaches to unravel the movements that try to be constructed by candidates of person with disabilities in managing issues that will be fought for in parliament as the substance of the political struggle. The findings in this research also emphasize the presence of political struggle movements of person with disability’s candidates through the issue of representation, especially women with disabilities through transformative politics.
