Effect of physical parameters of material on band structure of photonic crystal
Method of simulating photonic crystal structure and effect of physical parameters on the band structure produced by photonic crystal is simulated. A way to overcome difficulties of fabricating photonic crystal structure of smaller dimensions is suggested.
