Jasa Raharja (Persero) Medan Branch Office. The performance produced by employees at this company is not good, because the training factor which is still considered not good is carried out based on established procedures and work discipline in this case is the high level of employee absenteeism. The population in this study was 50 employees, the sample used was 50 employees.The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of training on employee performance. For the work discipline variable, there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. For the variables of training and work discipline on employee performance, it was simultaneously obtained that there was a positive and significant effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Medan Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance can be seen from the value of R Square which means that there is an effect of training and work discipline on employee performance. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定培训和工作纪律是否会影响PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero)棉兰分公司的员工绩效。这家公司员工的绩效并不好,因为在这个案例中,仍然被认为是不好的培训因素是按照既定的程序和工作纪律进行的,这就是员工的高缺勤率。这个研究的总体是50名员工,使用的样本是50名员工。结果表明,培训对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。在工作纪律变量中,工作纪律对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。对于培训和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响变量,同时得出PT.
