In this paper, the research about the location of the anchorage requirements in China based on the relative safety of anchorage and the surrounding sea resources distance conducted in-depth research, mainly studies the mooring ship go, drifting direction and speed of dragging anchor process three aspects, such as through the ship maneuvering simulation test further study of the mooring ship may be dragging speed, finally put forward to determine the anchorage and surrounding facilities (or observation) relatively safe distance calculation method.
