This research is an approach to human rights, corporate social responsibility, and the complementarity between both concepts, which not only represent an ethical requirement but also bring with it the need to of humanity. Human rights represent the starting point and the basis of any relationship of the institutions for coexistence in society. To carry out this study, it was resorted to bibliographic or documentary research, a strategy that allows knowing the subject of corporate social responsibility and human rights, as well as the complementarity between them. It is clear from the above that countries develop; however, this growth is only feasible to the extent that it helps man to grow as a person and as a full citizen.
