摘要

作为世界上抗击新冠肺炎疫情最成功的国家之一,中国高度重视人民健康。本文采用文献研究法、调查访谈法和观察法对全民健身网格化治理相关工作进行梳理,发现体育人口增长与政府提供的体育公共服务之间的矛盾突出,体育需求没有得到充分、均衡的发展。结构上,依托地理实体数据技术实现单元网格治理,利用地理编码技术实现城市构件治理;“3 + N”网格治理监管轴等基于云平台的建设体系构建“多网格、多网格协同一体化”的建设体系,以实现体育资源共享、体育公共服务供给和体育管理下沉。
