In order to increase the efficiency of providing services to clients of educational institutions. The designing from setting up the server host in various node and the designing the server connected to a suitable network for routing protocol has been proposed, including designing an emergency backup system that regards to compatibility with current network systems and the use of the original unicast DNS system to be useful. As a result of testing the designed system, it was found that the Query time of the new system was 2 times less than that of the original system for query IPv4, and 5 times less than that of the original system for query IPv6.
