摘要

研究了光激发对有机垂直腔面发射激光器(OVCSEL)实现激光条件的影响。仿真结果表明,在光激发的情况下,当使用恒定输入光泵时,三重态激子对单线态激子的猝灭作用很大。对于宽脉冲,我们可以使用低输入泵浦功率,但激光时间会延迟。最后,对结构进行优化,得到低输入光泵浦的激光阈值。达到光注入下的低阈值激光使我们能够获得电注入下的激光。
