The extent of deviation of exceptional value is acquired by fitting the normal data to indicate the degree of anomaly of the equipment. 摘要:在制造企业实现高质量发展的过程中,最根本的底线是确保安全,防范风险,而制造过程中产生的数据实时反映了潜在风险。因此,本文通过对工厂内设备记录的时间序列数据进行案例分析,得出可能存在的风险类型。异常值的偏差程度是通过拟合正常数据来表示设备的异常程度。本文在此基础上建立灰色预测模型,对未来一小时的情况进行预测,然后进行残差诊断和类比弥散诊断,检验预测的准确性,并对预测进行敏感性分析和综合评价。
