The meteorological radars have been designed for long-term, unattainable operation at remote locates. The SAR with this technique introduced can be operated from small aircrafts without using of a complicated navigation system. The set-up of these instruments, the technical solutions, and the signal processing techniques introduced are discussed. 讨论了用于环境研究的高分辨率雷达的设计和实现的最新进展。考虑了两种类型的此类仪器:多普勒毫米波气象雷达和机载SAR系统,这是在乌克兰国家科学院射电天文学研究所开发的。气象雷达的设计是为了在偏远地区进行长期的、无法达到的操作。SAR系统主要得益于一种新的算法,该算法能够直接从雷达回波中估计天线波束方向角。采用该技术的SAR可以在小型飞机上进行操作,而无需使用复杂的导航系统。讨论了这些仪器的设置、技术解决方案和信号处理技术。在测量活动中获得的结果也被提出。
