Asistente virtual para registro de siniestro vehicular con aplicación en WhatsApp

La aplicación de la inteligencia artificial está más presente en nuestros días, con la finalidad de automatizar varios procesos dentro de una organización se aplica a través del desarrollo de un Chatbot (robot) con la capacidad de poder simular a un ser humano, existen varias creaciones que permiten automatizar procesos recurrentes, permitiendo disminuir los tiempos de respuestas en una actividad y asegurando la disponibilidad del servicio. En colaboración con el Laboratorio de Innovación de NEORIS se ha investigado y apoyado en el desarrollo de un Chatbot basado en Inteligencia artificial para el registro de siniestros de un automóvil con la integración a Whatsapp, la mensajería más utilizada y al alcance de la mayoría de las personas. The application of artificial intelligence is more present in our days, in order to automate various processes within an organization, it is applied through the development of a Chatbot (robot) with the ability to simulate a human being, there are several creations that allow to automate recurring processes, allowing to reduce response times in an activity and ensuring the availability of the service. In collaboration with the NEORIS Innovation Laboratory, we have investigated and supported the development of a Chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence for the registration of car accidents with the integration of WhatsApp, the most used messaging and within the reach of most of the people.
