In most cases, ISAR signals exhibit time-varying behavior in the Doppler spectrum. Thus, a joint time-frequency analysis (JTFA) for ISAR signals is more useful. In this paper, we introduce a new WVD algorithm jointed CLEAN technique. Meanwhile, the simulations of LFM signal in ISAR are adapted to compare their performance.
