The aim of article is examine the dependence between transport costs on final prices and user interest for final products. Article presents practical connection between elements of flows logistic and team of people performing the order as a whole. Also considered topic about efficiency different means of transport, transport optimization and reduction of delivery costs. Evaluation various types of transport for various factors was carried out. Also improving the quality of services thanks to introduction of management system in accordance with international standards (including ISO 28000) was taken in attention.
