This paper reviewed the evolution process of dynamic O-D flows estimation, put forward integrated and simplified calculation methods of dynamic route travel time, and set up a model of dynamic O-D flows estimation for freeway corridors. The paper also designed a genetic algorithm to solve the problem, discussed six key issues of the algorithm, and provided an effective method to obtain the dynamic O-D flows between entry and exit of freeway corridors.
