To be able to reduce family attitudes, effective communication is needed, especially effective communication, this needs serious attention from nurses because therapeutic communication really helps reduce family attitudes in mobilizing stroke patients. The study aims to determine the relationship between the effectiveness of nurses' therapeutic communication and the decrease in the level of family behavior in mobilizing stroke patients at the Padang Bulan Health Center in 2022. The research method is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all mobilization of stroke patients who were young adults (18-30 years) and middle adults (30-65 years) in as many as 30 people. The data obtained from the results of interviews using questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using the chi square test. The research findings are presented in the tabulation table and chi-square test with a significance value of p <0.05. The results showed that the therapeutic communication of nurses carried out as a nursing intervention in the mobilization of stroke patients provides a significant relationship to the decrease in the level of family attitudes towards mobilizing stroke patients as evidenced by the obtained p value = 0.002.
