The advantages of IP-based VSCS systems are also easier to integrate with other CNS (communication, navigation, surveillance) components through TCP / IP packet networks. The expensive and complex CS and TDM-based VSCS technologies also make it inappropriate for implementation in small and medium airports in Indonesia. 摘要

本文介绍了基于ip的话音交换与控制系统(VSCS)试验台的研制。VSCS是空中交通管制的一个组成部分,提供语音通信设施,并记录空中交通管制系统的管制员工作位置(CWP)。目前主流的VSCS技术是基于电路交换(CS)和时分复用(TDM)技术。随着基于TCP / IP协议的分组交换(PS)技术的发展,采用CS技术的复杂、昂贵的VSCS系统可以被更现代、更便宜的基于IP语音(VOIP)的系统所取代。基于IP的VSCS系统也更容易通过TCP / IP分组网络与其他CNS(通信,导航,监视)组件集成。昂贵和复杂的CS和基于tdm的VSCS技术也使其不适合在印度尼西亚的中小型机场实施。因此,在本研究中,将开发一个基于ip的VSCS测试平台原型,用于使用VoIP技术的小型和发展中的机场。
