The problem is that the hospitality industry, which includes many customer-oriented industries, is one of the most affected in 2020–2021. Due to the global uncertainty, the prospects and timing of its recovery to the pre-pandemic level cannot be predicted by most experts. At the same time, the business processes currently observed, indicating positive dynamics, allow us to speak about the effectiveness of public and private efforts undertaken to meet the social needs of post-teen society in recreation, new experiences and travel.
