A method for 3-order polynomial phase signal parameter estimation is proposed. Firstly the segment correlation method is used to obtain linear frequency modulated (LFM) signal. Then some LFM detection and parameter estimation methods are adopted to solve this problem, such as Radon-ambiguity transform, time-domain dechirp, segment correlation dechirp methods.
