We found the characteristics of nucleosome positioning among different genes of the human CD4 + cells. It was found that a linear combination of approximately 20 factors explaining the nucleosome positioning of each genome. In these linear combinations, a histone modification and the properties of the 6 DNA sequences are shared. Other factors are different.
