The type of research used in this study is a case study on the beef jerky agroindustry Hj. Iti in Sukanagara Village, Purbaratu Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya with the consideration that the beef jerky agroindustry Hj. It's the only one that produces beef jerky. The sample taken in this study was determined purposively in the beef jerky agroindustry Hj. Iti, with the consideration that the agro-industry is the only agro-industry in Sukanagara Village.
