The study revealed that salary fringe benefits, motivation packages, accessibility to credits/loans and co-worker relation and availability of right tools to work with were most important factors contributing to job satisfaction. This paper highlighted some of these problems and presented a picture of level of job satisfaction among employees of agricultural sector and attempts to present a comprehensive diagnosis of job satisfaction indices of agricultural sector, the factors causing the dissatisfaction and suggestions to improve them. 摘要
