摘要

为了解决不锈钢轨道车辆电阻点焊存在的外观质量差、密封性差、效率低等缺点,对部分熔透搭接激光焊接工艺进行了广泛的研究。但由于加工工艺的限制,激光搭接焊缝会出现局部不完全熔化现象。缺陷率是指局部不完全熔合长度与焊缝长度之比。不同缺陷率下的拉伸剪切强度及其对车身静强度的影响尚不清楚。通过数值分析不同缺陷率对激光焊接不锈钢轨道车辆车体结构强度的影响,并进行激光焊接抗剪拉伸强度试验,找出最大缺陷率。
