摘要

低温电子显微镜(cryo-EM)单粒子重建(SPR)是一种新兴的测定大分子三维结构的技术。低温电子显微镜单粒子重建的一个主要挑战是利用二维投影图像建立可靠的从头计算三维模型。本文引入一种快速近端梯度法(FISTA)来解决相应的单粒子重构优化问题。模拟图像的数值实验表明,该方法显著降低了估计误差,提高了重建质量。
