摘要

性能预测是面向服务系统的重要研究课题之一。为了研究组合服务在排队条件下的性能,本文引入了一个基于排队网络的模型。引入了求解排队长度、等待时间和完成时间的解析方法。案例研究(特别是机票预订应用程序的案例)表明,所提出的模型有效地捕获了真实世界的组合服务。通过实例研究中的蒙特卡罗模拟,表明分析模型得到了仿真结果的验证。
