The independent variables in this research are knowledge of taxation, perception about tax consultant, and perception about account representative, and the dependent variable is interest in using the services of a tax consultant. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is the corporate taxpayers who is registered in the KPP Kota Palembang on 2016 by taking sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is using Convenience Sampling. Respondents’s answer in the questionnaire were analyze using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Program Version 17. 摘要

本研究旨在分析影响企业纳税人使用税务顾问服务的因素。本研究的自变量为税务知识、对税务顾问的认知、对客户代表的认知,因变量为使用税务顾问服务的兴趣。这项研究是定量研究。本研究的人口是2016年在KPP Kota巨港注册的企业纳税人,抽样调查了100名受访者。抽样技术是使用方便抽样。使用SPSS程序版本17对被调查者在问卷中的回答进行多元线性回归分析。从多元线性回归分析的结果来看,结论是税务顾问的感知。从多元线性回归分析的结果来看,结论是税务知识、对税务顾问的感知和对账户代表的感知对KPP Kota巨港公司纳税人使用税务顾问服务的兴趣有积极的显著影响。
