In order to manage stress, it is required to monitor the stress levels on continuous basis. Individual physiological parameters such as Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), Heart Rate (HR), Blood Pressure (BP), ECG (Electrocardiography) and respiration activity can be used as a measure to determine stress. But, the accuracy of determination is limited by using individual parameters. Usage of multiple parameters aids in better determination of stress. A combination of parameters such as GSR and Blood Pressure further increases the accuracy.
