摘要

. 用x射线衍射分析研究了近代鲨鱼、鳐鱼和硬鱼鳞片中磷灰石的矿物学。所研究的鱼鳞均由不同晶格参数的羟基磷灰石组成。近代鳐鱼和硬鱼鳞片中的磷灰石晶格参数范围为a=9.44-9.46 апа,与近代脊椎动物骨骼中的磷灰石晶格参数相当。鲨鳞磷灰石晶格参数a = 9.40 ~ 9.41, c = 6.87 ~ 6.88,与近代舌形腕足类壳中的磷灰石较为接近。不同的晶格参数反映了化学成分的差异,首先是羟基、氟和碳酸盐阴离子的含量。从进化的角度来看,现代鱼类高级分类群之间的这些差异具有重要意义,并对化石脊椎动物骨骼的矿物学解释具有重要意义。
