Aiming at the risk of satellite control system development, this paper puts forward a practical method of product assurance for control system, which adopts product assurance from product design, development, test and verification. Through a series of product assurance work, the problem of identifying and verifying the risk content in the process of developing the system is solved, and finally the risk quantification result of the satellite control system is evaluated. The risk index of satellite control system is greatly reduced.
