This paper first introduces existing credit evaluation model for C2C e-commerce, and analyzes the major problems in it. Then an improved credit evaluation model for C2C e-commerce is created. Based on the improved model, a new weighted rating algorithm is proposed to reflect the influence of evaluation-provider's credit and the amount of a transaction on the change of the evaluation-receiver's credit. And a new credit updating algorithm is described. 摘要

信誉问题是电子商务发展的主要瓶颈问题之一。C2C电子商务网站提供的信用评价体系在一定程度上保证了网上交易的安全,促进了人们的网上购物愿望。本文首先介绍了现有的C2C电子商务信用评价模型,并分析了该模型存在的主要问题。然后建立了改进的C2C电子商务信用评价模型。在改进模型的基础上,提出了一种新的加权评级算法,以反映评估方信用和交易金额对评估方信用变化的影响。并提出了一种新的信用更新算法。利用综合数据对该模型进行了验证。
