The mortality of aphid was significantly increased following the application of papaya leaf extract, with the highest mortality (91.33%) was found on the concentration of 50%. The lethal concentrations of the extract causing 50% (LC50) and 90% (LC90) aphid mortality were   9.98% and 41.99%, respectively. 摘要

[木瓜叶提取物对茄子营养生长期棉蚜的防治效果]。棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)对茄子生产造成严重的经济损失。使用合成农药可以有效地控制害虫,但可能不是对人类健康和环境的最佳解决方案。植物性农药长期以来被认为具有替代合成农药用于作物保护的潜力,而且对人类健康和环境危害的风险较低。本研究比较了木瓜叶提取物溶液对棉蚜的防治效果及其对茄子营养生长的影响。采用不同浓度(0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%)的番木瓜叶提取物溶液喷施于蚜虫侵染的茄子上,观察蚜虫的死亡率、对作物的危害以及LC50和LC90下的致死浓度。施用木瓜叶提取物后,蚜虫的死亡率显著提高,浓度为50%时死亡率最高,达91.33%。对50% (LC50)和90% (LC90)蚜虫致死浓度分别为9.98%和41.99%。与对照处理相比,施用木瓜叶提取物溶液显著降低了作物的危害。
