摘要

抽样是计算机辅助检验计划的重要步骤。提出了一种利用触觉传感器进行相似断面表面检测的新颖采样方法。该方法将高斯曲率作为表面质量密度函数,通过划分表面质量相等的曲面来生成网格。然后应用在简洁表面检测采样中广泛应用的扩展Hammersley算法确定采样点的位置。在典型的相似截面表面上进行了仿真,验证了其效果。对叶轮叶片表面进行了实例试验。实验结果表明,在相同采样点数的情况下,与等参法相比,该方法具有更高的检测精度。
