摘要

本研究的目的是研究当前小型烹饪企业竞争力的特点,特别是在实施创业营销和创新方面。本研究以印尼棉兰市80家小型烹饪企业为样本。利用偏最小二乘法对所建立的模型进行检验。本研究结果表明,小型烹饪企业有机地理解并感受到创业营销和创新在提高竞争力方面的好处。然而,通过政策制定者的干预,这种影响仍然可以加速。
