This paper mainly analyzes the linear speed control of the winding system based on fuzzy PI where the winding tension of the system is considered as a load disturbance. The fuzzy PI control method is applied to improve the transient and steady states of linear speed control in trip winding system. And the fuzzy controller adopted into the fuzzy PI controller has been designed in detail. In simulation, the control effects of the conventional PI controller and the fuzzy PI controller are compared under the same conditions. The simulated results have shown that fuzzy PI control has better control performance than the conventional PI control. 摘要

预应力模具是提高模具使用寿命的重要途径。本文主要分析了基于模糊PI的卷绕系统的线性速度控制,其中卷绕系统的张力作为负载扰动。结合实际系统,在Matlab/Simulink中建立了绕线系统的数学模型。将模糊PI控制方法应用于脱扣卷绕系统的暂态和稳态线性速度控制。并对模糊PI控制器中所采用的模糊控制器进行了详细设计。在仿真中,比较了传统PI控制器和模糊PI控制器在相同条件下的控制效果。仿真结果表明,模糊PI控制比传统PI控制具有更好的控制性能。本文的研究对模糊PI控制在实际卷绕系统中的应用具有很好的参考价值。
