摘要

食品安全和清真环境成为消费者关注的主要方面。在供应链中,每个职能的参与者都会面临使食品受到污染的问题。在清真供应链中,作为食品的产品很容易因为在供应链过程中受到污染而失去其清真身份。清真实践应该应用于从农场到餐桌的整个链条过程,从而创造清真Toyyiban。在清真供应链的实践中,可能存在清真食品污染的风险。许多研究已经确定了清真供应链中的风险,但大多数研究只在某些活动中完成。本研究旨在建立清真肉类供应链上游的风险分析和优先级模型。本研究采用半定量方法,采用多准则决策(Multi - Criteria Decision Making, MCDM)方法,采用DEMATEL-Based ANP (DANP)方法,找出6个维度与各维度中40个风险的重要程度之间的相关性。
