The implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restriction rules resulted in limited space for movement and community activities in the public zone [1]. The Covid-19 outbreak not only created a health emergency but also have the impact on the global economic sector, including marine and fisheries sector. The impact is felt, among others, the price of fish dropped dramatically by 50% due to reduced market demand due to lack of buyers. Fish distribution has also experienced obstacles due to this policy.
