摘要

目的:本研究旨在找出替代工具的优势,作为测量尖周x线片上牙齿垂直尺寸的指南,并将尖周x线片上牙齿垂直尺寸的长度与实际长度进行比较。材料与方法:本研究采用分析性观察研究,采用横断面研究设计。研究数据来源于30张上颌中切牙根尖周x线片的原始数据,这些x线片使用根尖周投影和切分技术拍摄,根尖周膜在膜包的外层附着金属丝。采用SPSS软件对数据进行配对t检验。结果:第11牙的ALT(实际牙长)p值为0.53,第21牙的ALT p值为0.140。结果显示p值> 0.05。结论:替代工具计算的根尖周x线片牙长与实际牙长计算值无统计学差异,可作为替代工具测量根尖周x线片牙垂直尺寸的指导。
