In this paper, the method of symmetrical component is used to obtain the condition for symmetrical operation, and the phasor diagram for symmetrical operation is given. Experimental studies for operation characteristics of SEMIHEX-connectecl three-phase induction motor are performed on prototype motor. Experimental research of a novel efficient single-phase induction motor
