摘要

挖掘琐碎的工作流数据需要高性能的数据处理技术。本文提出了基于数据挖掘的工作流执行数据分析方法。其主要思想是将工作流数据检索到数据仓库中,采用OLAP技术和数据挖掘方法,支持客户选择不同的度量,并在不同的维度和不同的抽象层次上查看相应的数据,为客户决策提供重要依据。
