This protocol will support congestion control in overcrowded traffic using multi-path routing scheme. This protocol finds application in the scenario where fairness in rate is enhanced by adapting route optimization with reduced queue length. The underutilized channel capacity information is distributed uniformly over all nodes by the proposed protocol.
