摘要

本文介绍了利用高压阴燃放电,通过气体动力学窗口和差动抽气,提高电子源能量高达100 keV的电子束在大气中喷射效率的研究结果。将电子源工作压力提高到80pa,利用气体动力学效应和电物理现象增加压力摆动,从而提高喷射效率。

Research results of increase of efficiency of injection in atmosphere of electron beams, with energy up to 100 keV, from electron sources based on high-voltage smolder discharge, through gas dynamic window with the differential gas pumping, are presented. Increased injection efficiency is reached by increase of working pressure of the electron source up to 80 Pa, using the gas dynamic effects and electrophysical phenomena for increasing pressure swing.
